Please join NYC DOT and Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz and the 4th Avenue Task Force for a 4th Avenue Safety Visioning Workshop in Park Slope. On TUESDAY February 12th, 2013 we will discuss the future of 4th Avenue between Pacific and 15th Streets at this public workshop.
Goals:
+ Identifying street safety concerns
+ Discussing street design solutions
+ Creating safer crossings
+ Improving safety for all road users
Location: St Thomas Aquinas Church, Parish Hall (downstairs)
249 9th Street (enter on 4th Avenue), Brooklyn
The format will be in small groups around tables in the Parish Hall, where we’ll discuss issues pedestrians, drivers, and others experience along 4th Avenue, and ideas to improve the avenue. Translators who speak Spanish will be available for people who aren’t comfortable speaking in English
